What we collect
When you complete a measurement request we collect the name, email address and phone number you enter, the location and notes for the job, the equipment details you provide, and the photos you upload. Staff accounts store a name and email address.
How we use it
We use this information only to measure your equipment, identify the right filter, produce quotes and spec sheets, and contact you about your request. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Your submission is visible only to approved Lean Engineering staff. Photos are kept in private storage and are never publicly listed. Your measurement link is unique to your job — treat it as private and don't forward it.
How long we keep it
We keep job records and photos for as long as we support the equipment involved, so we can reorder the same filter later. You can ask us to delete your records at any time.

To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email andrew@leanengineering.io. We'll respond within 30 days.
